Meta is an independent controller of the data it processes on its platforms. For that processing, Meta’s privacy policy applies.

Who receives the data

We do not sell data. Apart from us, only our infrastructure providers process it:

  • Cloudflare — network and Workers that serve the site;
  • Hetzner — servers in the European Union;
  • Google Workspace — email.

Cloudflare and Google are US companies, as is Meta for its platforms. When data reaches the United States, the transfer relies on the EU-US adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and, where needed, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • access your data;
  • correct it (rectification);
  • erase it;
  • restrict its processing;
  • receive it in a machine-readable format (portability);
  • object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to privacy@agentica.work: we answer within one month. For data that came from Instagram and Facebook there is also the data deletion page.

You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Other things to know

You are not required to give us any data: if you do not write to us or interact with our accounts, we only receive the technical data of your visit.

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
