Data deletion instructions

How to ask us to delete the data we receive when you interact with our brands’ Instagram and Facebook accounts, through the Meta apps «Agentica» and «Agentica-IG».

Effective 9 October 2026.

What data we hold

Instagram or Facebook username and ID, public profile name and picture, text of the messages and comments sent to our accounts, date and time. The details are in the privacy policy.

How to ask for deletion

Choose one of two ways:

  1. By email. Write to privacy@agentica.work from your account’s email address, or include your Instagram or Facebook username in the message. One line is enough: “Please delete my data”.
  2. From Instagram. Open Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites and remove «Agentica-IG».

What happens next

We delete your data from our systems, including Postiz and APITools, within 30 days of your request.

If you wrote to us by email, we confirm the deletion to the same address.

If we cannot tell which account is yours, we may ask you to confirm from that account.

What stays on Instagram and Facebook

What you posted on Meta’s platforms, such as a comment under one of our posts, stays there until you delete it or we remove it. If you want us to remove your comments from our posts, say so in the same email.

Meta is an independent controller of the data it holds on its platforms: for that data, follow Instagram’s and Facebook’s instructions.
