Who we are

The site and the apps are run by Agentica S.r.l.s. (in formation), Vicolo San Giovanni 19, 39100 Bolzano (BZ), Italy, represented by Christian Contarino. VAT and REA numbers after registration in the Companies Register.

The website

The site describes Agentica, its products and its services. It is free and needs no registration.

What you read here is not a binding offer: every engagement is governed by a written agreement.

We take care of the content, but it may change or contain mistakes. If you find one, write to us.

Texts, figures, trademarks and logo belong to Agentica. You may quote them with a link to the site; for any other use, ask us first.

Links to other sites, including those of our products, lead to pages with their own terms and privacy policies.

The Meta apps «Agentica» and «Agentica-IG»

We use them only to manage our brands’ Instagram and Facebook accounts (Agentica, PodPilot, Enrosa, Rendiconto, Studio Calmo): publishing posts, reading the accounts’ insights, receiving messages and comments and answering them.

The apps offer no service to the public and do not let you log in with your account. We do not sell the data we receive.

When you write to or comment on our accounts, Instagram’s and Facebook’s terms apply as well. We may hide or delete comments that are offensive, unlawful or spam.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by using the site or by being unable to use it. This does not limit the rights the law gives consumers.

Governing law

Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction; in all other cases, the courts of Bolzano.

Changes

If these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top.
